Nationality is used only to choose the language of your confirmation email.
We never receive your card number: payment is made directly with Stripe.
Who receives your data
Only the publisher and its technical service providers have access to it:
- Stripe: payment and invoices.
- Supabase: storage of bookings.
- Brevo: sending of confirmation emails.
- Netlify: hosting of the site.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may access, rectify and erase your data, restrict its processing, object to it, receive a copy of it and withdraw your consent. Write to reservation@azurkay.com.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
